Evaluation criteria:
The use of communication channels and the impact on target markets are assessed: the level of awareness,
Consumer response or satisfaction, loyalty, number of repeat purchases and other indicators,
The complexity of channel integration,
Relevance of ideas and strategies,
Achieved commercial performance and KPIs: sales growth, increased market share, ROI, ect.
Long-term impact on the brand and its positioning (or the impact on brand perception),
Compliance with a single style,
The logic and thoughtfulness of the strategy of interaction with the audience,
The relevance of the idea to the goals of the brand and its positioning.
Advertising in urban, inhabited or office environment, creative use of objects of surrounding infrastructure as the key medium of marketing information for target audience
Effective use of PR practices in promoting a product or service. The jury will comprehensively evaluate the communication results: the idea of the campaign, its strategy, execution and results
Jury will evaluate campaigns, in which branding and design play a key role, and that have shown tangible, measurable results
Recognising the role of data in creation of the effective non-standard ideas
Involvement of the influencers (bloggers, vloggers, celebrities, etc.) into marketing campaign
Campaigns using non-standard placement of materials and installations at the points of sale
Jury will evaluate campaigns that creatively use the event as a basis of communication with the consumer
Campaigns that feature any digital marketing technique including mobile tools: web centered activities, email marketing, app development & marketing, geo-location activities QR Codes, AR, gaming, etc
Applicants must show non-standard activities or techniques intended to create consumer demand for a product or service
Campaigns are awarded for the best use of marketing tools to directly communicate with the consumer: brochures, banners, catalogs, newsletters, coupons, emails, targeted online display ads, etc.
Marketing campaigns implemented through sponsorship
Marketing campaigns implemented through the collaboration of two or more brands
Applications implemented by the agency and/or advertisers (brand) in the period from January 1, 2024 to September 1, 2025, but not previously participating in Red Apple, are accepted for participation in the competition.

Mandatory requirement - all submissions must be in English.
Application upload format:
1. Application in English (required):
- all fields of the application are required;
2. Video Case (required):
- in English or with English subtitles.
- provide a link to your video hosted on Vimeo, a resolution of at least 720p (preferably 1080p);
- maximum video duration: 3 minutes.
Additional files:
In support of the results, it is necessary to provide files in the format of graphs, diagrams, tables, presentations, studies in the field “additional files”. The data on the results can be presented both by the agency and by the client.
3. PDF Presentation (Recommended):
- no more than 15 slides
- aspect ratio 16: 9
- the presentation must include the following points:
1. Description of the product/service (company architecture)
2. Goals and objectives of the advertising campaign
3. Performance indicators of the advertising campaign (business, marketing, technical and media KPIs)
4. Presentation board (optional):
- an image with key visual elements of the project and its description, .jpg, .png file (graphs, diagrams, tables, research) (with a width of at least 1772 pixels, a resolution of at least 150 DPI)
- file size no more than 75 MB
It is forbidden to place the logo or the name of the agency in the work, including in the link, the name of the channel on the video hosting or in the name of the file. Jobs violating this rule will be disqualified.
Access to the material uploaded by the participants has: the organizing committee and members of the Jury.
A fragment of the video case can be used (can be displayed on the screen) during the award ceremony.
